Healing Tips 

Drink plenty of water after your session as this will help flush out toxins and increase the flow of energy

Be kind to yourself

Healings take time to fully integrate.

Old energy and trauma release can cause emotional reactions. Allow whatever comes up to surface so it can leave the body be it emotional, physical or psychological.

Alcohol, and other drugs, including recreational drugs, as these will compromise the effects of the healing on body, mind and spirit.

Congratulations on completing your session. When it comes to healing beliefs and energy work, it is best to have no expectations as allowing the energy to do its work is the best gift you can give yourself.

Remember to be gentle with yourself. Rest assured that no matter how you feel straight after your healing, changes will occur as the energy and the work you did during your session integrates itself throughout every cell in your body, throughout your entire energy field and in every aspect of your life.

During the session, the healing works to balance your energetic system. When it is unbalanced or blocked in anyway, discomfort and dis-ease manifest in the physical, mental and emotional bodies. When these blocks are removed there is often a release of toxins associated with this process. Sometimes you will feel worse before you feel better. To assist with this transition period is recommended that you increase your water intake, to help flush out the toxins and get ample rest.

You MAY experience:

  • Frequent urination

  • Change in bowel/bladder movements

  • Lightheadedness

  • Old emotions coming to the surface

  • Nausea

  • Feeling ‘spacey’

  • Headaches or drowsiness

  • Cold or flu like symptoms

  • Experiencing different reactions to habitual situations

  • Feeling more joyful or energetic than before.

  • Feeling more grounded and focused

 Your body will tell you what it needs. If you are tired, sleep. Love and care for yourself as you would a small vulnerable child.
